Pinnacle Port Sunset Room Owner Rental Agreement

1. Each reservation must be made through the Pinnacle Port Business Office. 2. The Owner shall pay a refundable cleaning fee of $50.00. This deposit shall be returned to the owner, provided the Sunset Room is left in an acceptably clean and ready to use condition. In the event of cancellation and the facility is not used, the cleaning deposit shall be refunded. 3. Pinnacle Port staff shall inspect the Sunset Room as soon as practical following the scheduled function to insure it has been properly cleaned and that there are no damages or missing equipment and/or supplies. 4. The cost to repair any damage, replace missing equipment and/or supplies, and the cost of any additional cleaning beyond normal, will be charged to the owner. 5. The owner may use Pinnacle Port’s tables and chairs for no additional charge. Availability of a specific number of tables/chairs is not guaranteed. If a change from the original room set up is requested, a labor charge of $35.00 per hour will be charged. 6. Pinnacle Port’s quiet hours are from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. 7. Capacity limits for the Sunset Room will be determined at the time of the reservation.
