Set Up: Set up times are 12 noon - 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 17 th and 6:00 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Friday, April 18 th

The Festival will be open to the public from Noon until 10 P.M. both Friday April 18th and from 9 A.M. until… Saturday, April 19th.

We will need a copy of your liability insurance, tax permit, and health certificate no later than 1 week before the festival. If we do not have all of this information by then we will fill your spot and no refund will be given back to you.

RULES AND REMINDERS

1. Set up times are listed on the food contract and forms that must be returned to us prior to the festival. Please read all information very carefully. 2. Entire display and chairs must be kept within your booth space. You must provide your own water hoses and extension cords. 3. No vehicles can be parked in the vendor area. 4. Police security will be provided overnight Friday, April 18th. 5. The StarDaze Festival will be held on the lawn of the Lincoln County Courthouse. It is located in downtown Star City, AR on Highway 425.
