DEPOSITS DUE ASAP & FINAL PAYMENT DUE BY AUGUST 10, 2016 Prior to August 10, 2016 a refundable deposit of $500 per person is required to secure your booking and will be deducted from the total cost of your land tour. Beginning August 11, 2016, all deposits are non-refundable and Full Payment is required to secure your booking. Deposit is 100% forfeited for cancellations within 90 days of departure. Tickets are non-refundable. Should the number of passengers fall below the required minimum (10), the booking will be deemed as F.I.T. Travel. Our F.I.T. department will provide a revised quotation based on actual numbers of passengers travelling on the given program. The group quote and rates will no longer apply. INSURANCE: It is strongly recommended that clients purchase cancellation insurance to protect themselves against cancellation due to illness prior to or during travel. In the event a traveller becoming ill during a tour and has not purchased insurance, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveller's responsibility. Based on Goway Travel’s current cancellation policies the passenger may incur up to 100% cancellation penalties and should protect themselves with cancellation insurance. Insurance MUST be purchased within 7 days of individual client deposits or payments being made and only covers non-refundable client money held by Goway Travel. If the group cancels prior to final payment and supplier fees being applicable, due to the required minimum numbers not being reached, the premium is refundable providing no claim has been made. In all other cases the premium is non-refundable. PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION* Arrange all documentation with the appropriate consulate well in advance of departure from the US and that passports are also valid for the minimum validity required for ALL destinations being travelled to.
