Interviews with overseas companies: Employment placements are quick but depend on passport availability, your qualification certification, references available, job types required, country of requested placement and on-line interviews with the employers. Our company will assist you until suitable employment is secured for you. Interested companies will contact you by email and arrange the required on-line interviews by Skype, WhatsApp or Viber. Candidates must have Skype, WhatsApp or Viber downloaded to their phones as a preparation for the employer on-line interviews.

Posting of documents: In order to proceed and register your application for employment assignments, please email the copies of these Registration forms, including your photo, the copy of the deposit slip, Bank Draft or copy of the Bank Transfer, additional certificates and request for accommodation and relocation assistance, to our offices by email. Terms and Conditions Introduction: These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of service on the online system of http://www.workplacements.cz Conditions define and clarify the rights and obligations of the marketer (workplacements.cz) and the candidate (customer).

Order and contract: All orders for employment placement assistance placed through the online system http://www.workplacements.cz are binding. By placing an order for the service required, the candidate confirms that he is familiar with these terms and conditions and the complaint procedure and agrees with them. When purchasing the relevant service at http://www.workplacements.cz, payment is required in advance unless otherwise specified in the service description. The Order is a Purchase contract. The purchase contract shall arise upon receipt of the service ordered by the customer and completion of all required data and information on the application forms for the ordered service. By completing the registration forms order online at http://www.workplacements.cz, the customer gives the marketer consent to the collection and archiving of personal data that concerns any future procedures that are relevant to the nature of the initial service contract order.

Complaints: Any complaints will be handled in accordance with the Complaints Procedure on the online portal of http://www.workplacements.cz and according to the law that is in force in the country of company registration. Should the candidate require additional procedures or any changes in the contract, these can be negotiated after the initial service contract completion has been finalized.

Withdrawal from the contract: The candidate has the right under paragraph 6 of the Civil Code no. 367/2000 withdraw from the contract within 3 days of receipt of service contract if he so decides.

The rights and obligations of the marketer: The marketer has the obligation to execute a binding order and abide to the relevant contract procedures as per the contract terms. All personal data provided during registration are confidential. The marketer has the right to refuse an order of the service he offers if the candidate has repeatedly failed to fulfil his obligation to process the contract and pay the service fee. The marketer has the right to cancel such an agreement (pending order) and can cancel such a service order, unless an agreement can be negotiated with the candidate to prepare a new service contract or postpone the payment for the service rendered.

The rights and obligations of the candidate: The candidate is obliged to supply to the marketer correct and complete contact details and other relevant information so that the service contract can be prepared and related to the candidate either via e-mail, fax, post or delivered to him by means of agencies that the marketer may operate in various countries. The candidate is obliged to receive the service contract and pay the full price. The candidate has the right to cancel the order within 3 days of delivery.

Final provisions: These terms and conditions apply as stated on the website of the marketer, defined by the date of sending the electronic order. By sending the electronic order, the buyer accepts all provisions of the conditions in force at the date of dispatch of the service order. Participants explicitly and within the meaning of § 262 paragraph 1 of the Commercial Code, agreed that unless the conditions expressed are stated otherwise, their rights and obligations of the Commercial Code, particularly § 409 et seq. will be in force.

The marketer offers a full guarantee on the required procedures as specified in the service contract for a maximum of 24 months starting on the date of receipt of service contract. Additional procedures can be negotiated free of charge between the marketer and the candidate should the candidate require further assistance as per the service contract. The service contract is governed by the Civil Code and the Law on consumer protection. In the event of unrecoverable service contract (based on a non delivery of the service contract to the candidate) the new service contract will be prepared and another attempt to deliver the service contract to the candidate will be initiated.

Complaints instructions: The preparation of the service contract is always checked and confirmed for correctness before expedition. If partial loss of the contents of the employment placement assistance contract during the transmission and receipt by the recipient is apparent, the consignee shall notify the marketer of the damage without undue delay, within 3 working days of receipt of service contract, to [email protected]. Upon receipt of the complaint, we will start the complaints procedure. The marketer is obliged to settle the claim within 30 days of its application. We will inform the contracted candidate of our decision regarding the complaint within 5 working days of receipt of the response from the candidate. Unfortunately, we do not take responsibility or other liability for damages or non delivery of the service contract caused by external events.

 This is to certify that I authorize Workplacements SRO to represent me and to assist me with acquisition of work contract from suitable employer abroad and supply me with employment information or additional procedures necessary so that employment can be acquired for me as per my qualifications and placement requirements.  I understand that once Workplacements SRO initiates employment placement procedures on my behalf, I will not request cancellation of this agreement for no unreasonable cause so that placement can be finalized for me.  I agree that my employment request profile, including any relevant personal documentation that concerns my professional qualifications, may be forwarded to any employers or their agents so that employment position can be secured for me.  I agree that the Workplacements SRO will promote and advertise my professional experience and qualifications with other employers in other countries I have chosen. The purpose of this is to further market my professional portfolio on regional, national and international employment market.  I authorize Workplacements SRO to log my employment request profile, including the photographic image of myself - to the company’s employment advertising internet web pages.  I also agree that Workplacements SRO may initiate addition marketing of my employment request profile with national and international print media in the countries I have selected so as to secure wider spectrum of my professional exposure.  Further, I agree that the above company may offer me additional or alternative employment positions as per my professional qualifications.  I further acknowledge and agree that once the above mentioned work contract application fees are paid and subsequent job files acquired and activated, refunds are not applicable at any time thereafter.  I further agree that upon signing this contract, I will save the following cell number: +420601229228 in my cell phone so I may enable Workplacements consultants to contact me (via WhatsApp) should additional information be required by Workplacements SRO.
