Payment Steps

 For the Applicant  You need a valid email address to create User Account.  Get connected to the Internet and go to http://portal.oauthc.com, or (www.oauthc.com and click on eportal menu)  Click on Applicant login menu, Create your account to have access to the form.  Login into your account to initiate Payment for the entrance form (Click on Payment Menu and follow the procedures)  Note: payment by MasterCard is the option to obtain entrance form and you must have the following information ready (An Interswitch enabled Debit/ ATM card, specifying the “Card Number”, “Expiry Date”, “Card PIN” and “CVV2 Code” that is, the three digit numbers at the back of your card).  One Time Password (OTP) is required: This is a set of random digits generated from an InterSwitch Token and sent to the Cardholder phone.

 Ensure that you have sufficient funds in the card you want to use to for the payment.  Click on form to continue the registration and submit.
