Council Dues Due September 19, at council meeting (do not bring to office) - $10 per member. Invoices were emailed out last week to chapter presidents and Panhellenic delegates based on chapter roster number. Make check out to “Panhellenic Council” Post-Recruitment Roundtable Wednesday, September 20, 6pm, President’s Dining Room Roster Changes Please keep your roster up to date by completing the OrgSync Drop/Roster Remove Form when a member drops or is terminated. This includes initiated members and the Fall 2017 new member class. This form should be completed when the drop/termination occurs, not at the end of the semester.

CHAPTER

New Clear Bag Policy for all ticketed athletic events.  Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"  One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar)  Small clutch bags, with or without a handle or strap, that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (approximately the size of a hand)  An exception will be made for medically necessary items and childcare bags after proper inspection at the gate  All bags will still be subject to search upon entry
