This application is used by the bank’s Treasury Services customers.  Understanding the business requirements and implement them within the application infrastructure.  Providing production support for high volume related issues, acting a escalation point for the Application issues.  Providing help in understanding technical areas and estimation.  Research and debug issues along with the Vendors for resolutions.  Provide guidance to the Bank’s Customer Care center in resolving issues.  Investigate and perform Root Cause Analysis for the issues with the objective of eliminating future occurrences.  Monitoring of the application servers using Shell Scripts, Sitescope, Topaz, etc. Senior Systems Administrator / IT LEAD - October 2003 till March 2005.
