We are currently seaching for a Sales Coordinator to work out of our Austin TX office. Basic Function: Working as part of Absolute’s award-winning Sales team, Sales Coordinators (“SCs”) are primarily responsible for providing customer sales support to existing customers. SCs regularly engage with existing customers to review overall account health, new product offerings, and consultation to help sustain and expand our footprint in these accounts. While the primary focus of the role is account development, SCs are also responsible for providing sales support to the internal sales team. Generally, the SC position will be 55% pre- sales and 35% post-sales and an average 5-10% of time is expected to maintain job product, systems and tools knowledge. Duties and Responsibilities:

Pre-sales • Distribute leads to the proper territory managers through CRM • Follow up on small business leads provided through marketing resources and OEM/channel partners • Maintain small business customer accounts and contacts in CRM • Submission of special pricing requests • Present product web demos to prospects • OEM and other channel partner sales calls Post-sales • Enter POs into CRM • Provide daily support to Territory Managers on sales and administrative tasks – daily number reporting, territory backup • Provide reports on over-installed customers • Calculate co-terminus license buy back reports • Engagement with Finance and Order Management • Administer product upgrades and term extensions when requested • Investigate finance issues, orders with missing customer/contact info, wrong SKU, general questions • Review overall account health on territory heatmaps & work with the territory managers to increase install rates, call in rates, account penetration Participate in department initiatives and develop related knowledge: • Attend training sessions offered; grow knowledge of Absolute products/services and internal systems and tools, including CRM • Stay current in Marketing collateral and related product / service positioning • Contribute to a customer-focused environment that encourages information sharing, team-based sales activity, and an absolute focus on new business, renewals and development. Position Qualifications: Experience: • CRM applications • MS Excel • Administrative support Knowledge & Skills: • Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and leveraging CRM as a sales management tool • Excellent customer- engagement and relationship-building skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work in a team based environment Other: • Travel to bi-annual sales meetings
