Plot Secretary’s Report Inspection carried out on 7th July Letter 1 to 57a, 139,138, Email about weeds to; 105, 104 Email about hedge 108-111 Well done email to: 87 Plot 89 NTQ; letter to confirm removal of personal possession to Confirmation letter to be sent be sent. No response to any letters or emails so far. Letter to be sent. Plot 16 NTQ: has appealed. Decision by Committee to continue eviction or allow to stay with specific criteria to fulfil. Vote taken 3:9 to allow him to stay. Plot 74 has given up Waiting list is 90 Plots available: 121, 74, Beds on Plot 6 Best Plot Competition: 54a, 60, 62, 21, 43, 116, 10a Jude to show Judges the plots Main Items Open Day  Refreshments: Jude will be late Juliet to help  Burgers: Lyn  Sarah: Face painting  Everyone else helping with tents or serving. AOB: Plot holder has asked for stump of a tree left after tree was cut Allocation of money for trees has been done down to be removed. and wont happen again for 2 years. Other suggestions put forward for removal. Mugs: use mugs instead of poly cups Lyn to ask plot holders.
