Buffalo Chicken Dip Ingredients: 8 oz. cream cheese ¼ C. Ranch dressing 4 T. Frank’s Red Hot sauce 1 Can chunk chicken in can ½ C. mozzarella cheese Tortilla chips

1. Preheat oven at 350 degrees. 2. Layer cream cheese on the bottom of an 8x8 casserole dish. 3. Spread ranch dressing on top of cream cheese 4. Mix chicken and hot sauce together and stir. After mixed put on top of ranch. 5. Top with mozzarella cheese and bake for 15-20 minutes or until warm. 6. Serve with tortilla chips.

Seven Layer Dip Ingredients: 2 cans bean dip 1 C. real mayonnaise 1 C. sour cream 1 pkg. taco seasoning 2 Avocados 1 t. lemon juice 3 tomatoes 1 can sliced black olives 4 green onions 2 C. cheddar cheese (shredded)

1. Layer 2 cans of bean dip in a 9x13 pan. 2. To make guacamole, smash avocados, add in lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Spread on top of beans. 3. Mix together mayo, sour cream, and taco seasoning. After mixed thourally, add on top of guacamole. 4. Chop up tomatoes, and onions and add on top of mixture. 5. Open can of black olives and add on top. 6. Shed 2 cups of cheddar cheese and top off. 7. Serve with tortilla chips.

Cream cheese fruit dip

 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened  3/4 cup packed brown sugar  1 teaspoon vanilla extract  Blend these ingredients together and serve with fresh fruit.

Cold Spinach Dip

 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained  1 (8 ounce) container sour cream  1 cup mayonnaise  1 (.4 ounce) packet dry vegetable soup mix  In a medium mixing bowl combine spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise and vegetable soup mix. Mix well. Serve with pumpernickel bread.

Chip/Veggie dip

 3/4 cup sour cream  3/4 cup mayonnaise  1 tablespoon minced onion  1 teaspoon Beau Monde seasoning  1 teaspoon dried dill weed  1 teaspoon dried parsley

1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, mayonnaise, onion, Beau Monde seasoning, dill, and dried parsley. Chill before serving with crackers and fresh vegetables.

Hummus layered dip Ingredients: 1 container hummus 1 lb. ground turkey, lamb, or beef 4 oz. crumbled feta cheese ¼ C. chopped red onion 2 Roma tomatoes chopped 1 bag pitas

Directions: 1. Spread hummus on bottom layer of casserole dish or round platter. 2. Brown ground meat and drain any excess grease. Add browned meat on hummus layer. 3. Dice red onions and tomatoes and add on top of browned meat. 4. Sprinkle feta cheese over everything. 5. Cut each pita into 6 triangular pieces and serve with the dip.
