Subject: Final decision on case 98-D-102 and sign copy of judge decision.

Number of copy’s 5

Mrs. Bullman

Enclose copy of the document sent by your office, a few days after I receive this document I call your secretary and she informed me that may take several weeks to have the original sign by the judge. I wait two months and I call your office back I got the same answer they court need some more time. The third month I call your office and I ask what is the delayed and she reply well maybe the court is behind because the holidays is a lot of work please give them some more time.

The last time I call your secretary always very friendly she said Mr. Amado once we receive the documents I sent them to you. Mrs. Bullman this petition was seen on August 18, 2009. As today I still have NO copy sign by the judge. My ex-wife supposed to pay some $____ to be credited to my account and that never happened. She sends Anthony $ 50.00 on her birthday and in Christmas time and that's all. The amount that she supposed to pay was left blank as you can see in this document for the court to decide the amount after receiving her 1040. Please Mrs. Bullman put yourself in my position for a moment my son is witness that I pay her. I feel I've been used by her and by the judicial system that protects her.

Mrs. Bulman as you know I pay for this professional service in advance I have done my part I has been your client for over one decade. Please send me the signed document and I hope someone in the WV court system assign some money to be credited to mu account.

Since you have been a very important part in this battle I would like keep you informed. Anthony is graduating with honors June 2 from Harrison School of the Art n Lakeland Florida we move to Miami this week because he was accepted in the Conservatory here in Miami (The New World School of the Art and University of Florida) to continue his education. He is an extraordinary and smart child with good manners tremendous talent to composer, excellent viola and piano player. He already wrote several pieces for the philharmonic orchestra also very versatile writing popular music as well. But my ex-wife is still bothering me and I need to stop that for good legally.

Waiting for your prompt cooperation in this mater,

Sincerely

Mario Amado
