HomeTown Health - The State of Rural Healthcare/Workforce Development Needs - Jennie Price will provide an overview of HomeTown Health, and an update on the current challenges facing rural hospitals, especially those in Georgia. She will also provide an update on emerging roles/positions and workforce needs in the Health Care industry.

Support by and Working with HTH and HTHU HomeTown Health University - Resources & Support available for HSE IC Teachers & Students- In this session, we will review the resources available to HSE IC educators through HomeTown Health University.

10:30am Telehealth – - Sherrie Williams, LCSW, COO, Georgia Partnership For Telehealth, www.gatelehealth.org Office: 866-754-4325 Georgia is a national leader in the development of a Telemedicine network, and telehealth services are only going to increase usage over the years. She will also discuss the use of telemedicine within School Based Clinics, and provide education resources available for teachers, such as approved end of pathway assessments, from the National School of Applied Telehealth.
