As your payments will need to be made in both Australian & US Dollars, after much research, I have decided that the easiest method of payment is by using PAYPAL. PAYPAL is very easy to use and offers a very secure payment option. PAYPAL also offers the option to pay in different currencies, thereby reducing Currency Conversion Fees.

Upon receipt of your completed Registration Form, I will send you the following invoices for payment through PAYPAL:

Your invoices will be sent to your email address in the appropriate currency. You will be given the options to pay either by using your own PAYPAL account, or by Credit Card. You may pay a PAYPAL invoice with your credit card even if you do not have a PAYPAL account.



Note: Lelama’s Teaching Fees for the Sacred Sound Pilgrimage from 21 Sept – 3 Oct 2014 include:  13 days of group teaching sessions, according to the schedule in the Itinerary. As we are in the hands of Presence, Pachamama, Yamala, and the Universal Spirit we may ask you to be flexible with the program.  You will be able to connect with Lelama outside of the group sessions. You will be able to receive assistance from Lelama’s assistant with anything you may need.  The intention is that all teaching sessions will be recorded. Upon completion you will receive the audio recordings of the group sessions.

Note 1: Magical Tours Travel Package includes for the period from 21 September till 3 October 2014: • Internal flights (Lima – Cusco, Juliaca - Lima) + Airport Taxes. • Private ground transportation (Comfortable Bus) • Hotels (single or twin share occupancy) - 21 Sept check in – 3 Oct check out • All breakfasts and most lunches (Vegetarian option available) • 5 Dinners • One Spiritual Shaman + Guide for the entire trip and their expenses. • Train fares (Expedition) + 2 bus tickets to Machu Picchu. • Entrance fees to Machu Picchu (2), Sacred Valley, Cusco Sites Lake Titicaca and Sun Island. • 2 time Boat at Lake Titicaca. • Water daily. • Bread and Hot Chocolate to share with the children and Chickens for the families.

NOTE - IMPORTANT: Included in your Magical Tours Travel Package is your flight from Lima to Cusco on the morning of 21 September. If you are already in Cusco, please advise us, so we can make arrangements to meet with you.  I am already in Cusco prior to 21 September and will not fly on the morning of 21 September from Lima to Cusco

Sacred Sound Pilgrimage Peru 2014 - Cancellation Policy

For Lelama: There will be a fee of AUD $200 for cancellations to cover bank fees and administration costs.

For Magical Tours Peru: The Client may cancel the booking at any time provided that the cancellation is communicated to Magical Tour Peru in writing. Deposit paid to reserve trip is 100% non-refundable. Payments for flights, transportation, hotels, trains are non-refundable due to airlines and operators´ policies. All other reservations cancelled less than 45 days prior to the departure date of the tour are subject to the following cancellation fees: Period before departure when written notification is received, Cancellation fee as a percentage of the refundable services price 45-22 days 40% 21-9 days 75% 8 days or less 100%

In case part of a group booking is cancelled, the remaining party may have to pay additional charges (e.g. under-occupancy, or single room supplements). In case of postponing the trip, an administration fee of 10% of the trip price will be charged plus the amount already spent on non-refundable subcontracted services. The remaining amount may be used toward future travel with Magical Tour Peru.
