 Visit some of the links on Illusions on the course website and discuss gestalt principles and particular illusions you find interesting. Define ambiguous figures. Provide illustrations and examples.

 How are perceptual principles used in art. Visit the sites of MC Escher, Guiseppi Arcimboldo and Salvador Dali and any other artist you identify using perceptual principles.

 Who was M.C. Escher and how did he use the principles of perception in his art? What are tessellations?

 Describe the perception of movement.

 Discuss extrasensory perception, precognition, clairvoyance, telepathy, psychokinesis.
