Extra Credit Paper

Choose a prepared dish, and write an 8 page paper on it. The dish should be complex to find enough info on it. Be sure to include the following topics in your paper:

 Introduction (1 Paragraph, min. 5 sentences)  Recipe  How it’s made  What are the key ingredients  Purpose of Key ingredients  How do you prepare or make key ingredients  Why are the key ingredients combined  Who makes it (Is it manufactured?)  Where can you get it  Are there different grades of the dish? If so what makes them different?  History/Origin of the dish and ingredients  Explanation of cooking terms and equipment used to make the dish  History of any special equipment  Conclusion (1 Paragraph, min. 5 sentences)

Include the following Format for your paper:  Title page (Name of paper Your Name Block Date)  Intro  Body  Conclusion  Works Cited (MLA format)
