The purpose of this questionnaire is to inform your instructor of your previous experience with the Spanish language. The information you provide will serve as the basis for your correct placement in the course that best suits your current proficiency in the language and that best serves your learning needs. It is, therefore, essential that you answer these questions as accurately as possible. Please, answer every question in Spanish, in complete phrases, but without worrying about possible errors that may occur. Do not use a dictionary. It is very important that your instructor have a clear idea of your ability to speak, read and write in Spanish before classes begin.
