COMMITTEE REPORTS: LANDSCAPING: BETTY O’NEILL Betty reported that spring landscaping has been delayed because of the presence of Google in our neighborhood. Since heavy equipment has been used in certain areas of the landscaping evaluations of the existing plants and sprinkler systems will be monitored. Any plants damaged will be replaced by Google and Google will repair any sprinkler problems caused by the use of heavy equipment or by any digging done by Google. Pool signage has been repainted and repositioned to be more prominent. A mixture of old and new plantings, and new edgings will enhance the entrance to the pool area.

The NF pool will open the Friday before Memorial Day.
TREASURER’S REPORT: BILL GOODWIN Bill reports that all association tax reports have been filed and paid. One resident is in arrears for two years dues and late fees. As a result, the board has canceled trash pick up at that residence until dues and late fees have been paid. The board is pursuing collection of late fees from a management firm that owns a residence in Nottingham Forest. Bill also reviewed our Project Status and the budget. The major project and expense for the NFHA is the fence along 119th Street and Switzer Street.
