Introduction – Michael Corrigan
Michael provided an update on where we are up to with FVSU (Lodge): . We have successfully processed more transactions . Yesterday’s outage has been resolved . The cut-over date for FVS was last Friday - 25/9. . Please let us know in advance if you plan to update your details.
Discussion Items from the group
. We discussed the CNM.GEN.2000001 error and FVS/Access Manager permissions.
The content from last week’s minutes is reproduced below:
The error you may see is as follows:-
The above is a generic message but will occur when the AUSkey does not have sufficient privileges established in the Access Manager application (https://am.ato.gov.au/). Once you see this error, the new device key should be visible in Access Manager. After you have set up the appropriate privileges in Access Manager you should be able to lodge a FVS Update via the web service.
Action: anyone receiving the error and having trouble with the Access Manager authorities can contact Stuart Cox directly for support: Phone: 03 6221 0366 Email: [email protected]
Continuation of nerve centre meetings
. We will hold a nerve centre meeting next Tuesday – 6/10 at 2pm.
Conclusion – Michael Corrigan . Users can raise issues in this forum or directly with Michael/Stuart
