GULFSIDE BEACH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING JUNE 14, 2011 MINUTES

Board Members Present: Mike Quigley, President Steve Caldarelli, Secretary

Brooks and Shorey Representation: Ron Shorey, Association Manager

CALL TO ORDER Mike Quigley, President called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m.

ESTABLISH QUORUM A quorum was established with two (2) Board Members present.

PROOF OF NOTICE Ron Shorey, Association Manager, advised that the Notice of the meeting was posted in accordance with the By-Laws and Florida Statutes.

DISPOSITION OF MINUTES Steve Caldarelli motioned to waive the reading and accept the Board meeting minutes of April 20, 2011. Mike Quigley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

REPORTS FROM ASSOCIATION OFFICERS President’s Report: Mike Quigley stated all the floors, doors and railings have been painted. The parking lot has been restriped in the front of the building. All the painting was paid from the operating account.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS NONE

NEW BUSINESS Pool facility upgrades: Mike Quigley stated the bathroom partitions need to be replaced and Mike Quigley obtained quotes for replacing the partitions. Home Depot’s cost is $2,800.00 for a solid material and Lowe’s was $1,325.24 for a laminate material. Mike Quigley would also like to replace the vanities at $80.00 each plus hardware at $40.00 each for a total of $200.00. Additionally Mike Quigley would like to purchase four chairs. Mike Quigley stated the total cost is $1,600.00. Steve Caldarelli motioned to approve $1,600.00 from reserves (interest category) for the pool facility upgrades. Mike Quigley seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.
