Are You Focusing on the Details, Problems and Drama of Running Your Organization Rather

Attention: Over-Stretched Executive Directors Are you focusing on the details, problems and drama of running your organization rather than on vision and strategy?

Are you more often frustrated, stressed and exhausted, than energized and excited about your work?

The Foundation for MetroWest is delighted to partner with Fredia Woolf to offer Leading with Ease: Secrets of Sustainable Leadership again this fall.

This six session series will explore the three essential components of Sustainable Leadership - Excellence, Effectiveness, and Ease. The sessions are designed to help you to:  Identify your most important goals and streamline a path to accomplishing them  Be more productive and efficient in your time and energy management – by de-cluttering your day, de-escalating your stress levels, and delegating some of your to-do's  Enhance your leadership confidence and presence, through greater awareness and exercise of strategic choices  Effectively engage your stakeholders (funders, staff, volunteers and peers) in supporting you in your mission  Understand and proactively build your own, and your organization's, brand  Build a powerful peer network, for long term sustainability Applying the principles of strategic planning and leadership development to your own situation, you could discover a fresh perspective, that can turn around the impediments to your success. Through her proven Look Five Ways © process, Fredia Woolf, Principal of Woolf Consulting, has helped many people just like you to develop a clear-eyed, uncluttered new approach.
