4.2 Field & fleet management support Engineer 01/07/2015 - present

• Test, install, configure, integrate and maintain GPS device, Eg. Onboard computer (OBC), Arvento mobile System and Mobile DVR on the vehicles. (more than 700 different types of vehicles) • Prepare weekly/monthly operational and safety report by customizing existing system report • Prepare training material and user manuals for our costumer how to use GPS for their fleet. • Report verification • System customizing based on client request • Daily follow up by tracking vehicles on web based software • Give training for customers how to follow their vehicles using GPS System ,(e.g. Meta Brewery ,Total Ethiopia, Habesha Brewery, …) • Give response for customer request through Email, phone and physically (more than 25 requests per day) • Communicate system supplier through skype and Email • GPS device maintenance both remotely and physically 5.
