MANDATORY ADVISING REQUIREMENTS Step 1: Large Group Advising: Intro to Advising (February 23 - 26, details TBA) Gather information about important dates, deadlines, and tools for academic success
Step 2: Small Group Advising: Registration Basics (March 28 – April 1, details TBA) Learn about course requirements and how to use Degree Works to map out your upcoming semester
Step 3: Draft Your Own Schedule (Early April) Use all of the tools you now have to draft your own schedule
Step 4: Meet With Your Advisor (April) You must be cleared by your Advisor before you can register for classes
Step 5: Register For the Upcoming Semester (April, dates TBA)
NEXT SEMESTER All students with a declared major, in Good Academic Standing, will be reassigned to an Advisor in their Major Department.
