Process Used to Compile This Profile The Church Council appointed a six-person Profile Committee (Mark Bautz, Graham Kelder, Anna McLoon, Bryan Russell, Karen Turley, and Susan Worst). The Profile Committee gathered factual information from ELCA, synod and church resources. The Committee also conducted four, two-hour-long "listening groups," met with the Church Council, and mailed survey questionnaires to UniLu's members and adherents. The information gathered via these methods has been incorporated into this profile.
