FEES FOR NON NHS SERVICES AND MEDICAL REPORTS 2016

As with any other professional, your GP is entitled to charge a fee for any work that does not fall under the umbrella of the National Health Service. This includes private health care insurance forms, private sick notes, holiday cancellation forms and many others. Our fees start at £20 and increase according to the amount of work involved and the responsibility taken. These fees are reviewed annually and all are subject to change at the discretion of the GPs.
