Lease Addendum: Transfers from Barrier-Free Units

I ______as a tenant of ______, a barrier-free unit at (apt #) ______of the ______Housing Authority, understand (development) that should another tenant or applicant of the ______Housing Authority require a barrier-free unit, the ______Housing Authority may require me to transfer to a non-barrier-free unit of the same size. I will be given 14 days notice before being require to transfer to a non-barrier-free unit. After this 14-day period has passed, I agree to cooperate fully with the Housing Authority regarding this transfer and will voluntarily vacate my unit when requested by the ______Housing Authority to do so.
