STUDENT INVENTORY SHEET

All of the items listed below should be brought at intake. Anything that is brought in that is NOT on this list will be sent home. Anything brought in will be marked with the student initials. If an item is tried on following Intake and is deemed inappropriate it will be held until it can be picked up by parents. Staff reserves the right to make that decision at any time regarding the appropriateness of student clothing.
