Wondering if OFTR might let us something like that put a banner or poster. At this time, it is not at their booth. cost effective for MORRA to have a whole booth at the show, nor do we think we need something to that extent. 4.2 2017 goals Make a list of 2017 -Group -Moving into 2017 we’d like to set some goals goals. Obtainable goals will be chosen by group at next meeting. A few suggestions are; adam goodale ride, ice racing, snowbike demo, dual sport event, and MORRA organized event (fun days). 4.3 Algonquin Trail Ride - Contact Paul -LL -next - Contact HTR and offer support/ meeting sit Holden meeting in for 2017 Algonquin Trail Ride. 4.4 Ice Social - Create and rough -Group - We would like to host an ice social event outline of what we’d for people to come out and do some ice like to put on and riding. We could have some fun contests like what we need to do best carving, best trench etc. February 1st is it. when we believe might be the best time frame for ice thickness. 4.5 Snow Bikes - Talk to Adam and N/A - Adam Yantha has approached us about try to arrange a date doing a demo day with a timbersled. He is for people to come looking to host something in January (or it is out and demo… available as of January?). Waiting to hear Maybe in conjuction back once his dates are confirmed with ice event? 4.6 Bank Account - Get 2 people to -Chad - next - In order to keep costs down we have sign for a bank card meeting decided to cancel bank statements. As well, -Cancel bank we would like more access to our account to statements move around funds. We can get a bank card so we can deposit money and also use online banking which will help with keeping an updated statement. Cheques are also available, we have some free, but will cost money to get more. All new banking stuff must be done at original branch that the account was set up (Huntsville) 4.7 OFTR Arrrows - check into various -Nathan -next - We are looking to price out arrows for options for arrows meeting furture events.
