April 17, 2010 Putt for a Cure Miniature Golf Tournament Rules and Information

 Tournament will be held at All Star Adventures East located at 1010 N. Webb Road from 9-1.  The cost is $10/person and $40/team. Children 12 and under are $5 each.  There must be at least one adult per team.  All money will be donated to help children suffering with cancer at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.  Additional donations may be made the day of the event.  Only Checks and Cash will be accepted.  Each team will be assigned a starting hole at the registration table and will be given their official scorecards to be turned in at the end of the round.  There will be a scorekeeper at each hole. They will record each player’s score on the scorecards.  Invite faster groups to play through only before the start of the next hole.  When your group is finished, turn in all four official scorecards to the registration table.  After all four scorecards are collected the average of your four scores will be calculated. After all scores are tabulated, we will announce the winning team. We will also announce the best and worst individual scores, team with the best costumes, and organization with the most participants in Putt for a Cure. Winners do not have to be present to claim their prizes.  If a tie occurs between the top two teams, a tiebreaker will be determined based on the average of a specific hole that has been predetermined and announced the day of the tournament.  Teams may bring their own equipment, but equipment will also be provided.  Teams will be contacted by phone the day of the event for rain cancellation.  Check-in/Registration will begin at promptly at 8:30AM . Team will begin playing at 9AM sharp. Teams arriving after 9AM will not be allowed to play.  NO REFUNDS. TEAM MONEY IS A DIRECT DONATION TO ST. JUDE CHILDREN’S RESEARCH HOSPITAL.
