Pavilion General Rules & Information nd 52 ANNUAL TARAGO & DISTRICT Entry Fee: All sections $0.50. Children 16 & under free. Prize money: All sections: 1st $1.50 & 2nd $0.50, plus cards. SHOW Supreme Champion Ribbon & Trophy for Most Successful Pavilion Exhibitor. th Judging commences at 1:00pm on Saturday 6 March 2010. Sunday 7 March 2010 Entries may be delivered to the Showground on Saturday 6th March 9.00am to 5.00pm between 9 am and 12:00 pm. Pavilion open to the public from 9:30am Sunday 7th March 2010.

1. Exhibitors shall, if required, provide proof as to bona fides of their exhibits and if proved to have knowingly made a false PAVILION EXHIBITS entry will forfeit prizes and be barred from exhibiting again. 2. Judges’ decisions and Disputes Committee decisions are ENTRIES CLOSE SATURDAY 6TH MARCH 2010 AT 12:00 Noon final and there is no right of appeal. All protests must be JUDGING STARTS SATURDAY 6TH MARCH 2010 AT 1:00 pm made in writing and delivered to Secretary within 2 hours of judge’s notification of award. Protest to be accompanied by a $10 deposit to be forfeited if the Committee decides the protest is frivolous. Theme for 2010 3. The Society accepts no responsibility for the loss of or damage to any exhibit, goods or possessions and, will not be responsible for any accident caused to any exhibit and “Smiling Faces” will not be responsible for any loss of livestock. 4. All exhibitors, competitors and members of the public enter the Show sites at their own risk.
