The ideal candidate will: have strong knowledge of accounting policies and procedures, familiarity with accounting processes of a large company, strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in finance related computer applications; have the ability to apply GAAP and IFRS, Sodexo policies and procedures, and provide objective accounting judgment in the production of accurate and reliable financial reports for Sodexo and its clients; support customization of non-standard operating statements, executive summaries and centralized billings; have familiarity with unit operations; have the ability to develop working relationships with field operators and the ability to interpret, analyze and explain financial information – this includes understanding financial data and accurately interpreting financial statements and reports, identifying the key factors affecting the financial performance of the division using financial data to accurately diagnose business realities, identifying key issues and developing strategies and plans; have strong computer skills; have an undergraduate degree in business or a quantitative discipline (accounting or finance preferred), with a minimum of five years related work experience in operations or finance; and have an Operations background (preferable) with the ability to demonstrate a firm understanding of fundamental operational and quantitative analysis principles.

Are you the experienced Dietitian we’re seeking?
We are looking for candidates who will: • partner closely with an Executive Chef and/or café management in selecting healthy menu items, evaluating sales and determining what can be offered differently, and promoting nutritional campaigns; • conduct lunch ‘n learn educational sessions across the company and create regular communications intended to motivate and engage the workforce in healthy eating habits;
• work with nutrition issues related to food allergies, weight management and disordered eating patterns and other medical issues requiring meal selection assistance; • participate in Health Fairs, community events and develop and deliver presentations as needed to support client goals; and • provide direction for planning strategic goals, standards of the brand and maintaining effective communication with other managers and inter-department liaisons. The ideal candidate will: • be a registered dietitian eligible for licensure in the state; • have excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels; • have the proven ability to effectively engage, motivate and influence others regarding their nutrition; • have strong presentation skills; • have demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with the ability to adapt the changing needs of the role; • have a history of working independently with little direction; • have a commitment to continued education in the nutrition field and implementation of new and innovative ideas to implement; and • be bilingual in Spanish (preferred).

These teams also have responsibility for driving client satisfaction by providing stellar customer service via effective communication with all levels of hospital staff, as well as follow-through with action items that impact both client and patient satisfaction.
Are you the experienced Patient Transport Manager we’re seeking?
We are looking for candidates who have: knowledge of patient care services in a healthcare setting; Service Response Center or call center experience; in depth knowledge of quality control systems such as TRAKKAR or TeleTracking, as well as other Sodexo systems such as UOS, Gold Check, ENGAGE and black light inspections; a basic understanding of Environmental Services/Housekeeping services; experience with vendor and contract management, as well as union and contract negotiations; the ability to analyze data, present and effectively communicate to all levels within the organization related to training, leading hospital committees and change management;
experience effectively managing projects within agreed upon timelines; strong financial acumen and budget management experience; proficiency with computers and other technology; bi-lingual proficiency to communicate in the predominant native language of his or her team (preferred); strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently to drive program compliance and reach project target dates of completion; 3-5 years previous General Manager/Director level patient transport or Service Response Center experience in a hospital or healthcare environment; and strong hospitality or customer service experience.
The ideal candidate also has experience improving patient satisfaction, and driving full compliance to HCAHPS, local, state and Joint Commission standards.
Key Responsibilities: Maintenance and inspection of transport equipment, as well as related logistics, documentation and reporting Creating a positive patient experience by setting the tone and culture of patient expectations, including the provision of concierge transport services, through a compassionate bedside manner Responding to and/or managing calls through the Service Response Center Responsible for driving patient satisfaction scores Provides a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff Works with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director Effectively manages the Unit Operating System Supports a diverse and inclusive workforce
