Report Types

Response Time Summary This report displays the average response time for each facility for each of the past 13 months. It also displays the trailing year average for the past 12 months. Response times are then rolled up by region, division, and company. Each entry under “Facility Name” is a link to a detailed sub-report.

Rolled-up average response time accounts for the number of responses and is weighted appropriately.

Details by Company/Division/Region/Facility This report displays more details on how the ManorCare unit is handling incoming referrals and whether those referrals resulted in a placement.

Summary Graph description: This graph tracks referral volume over the past 13 months and compares it to average response time.

Total Referrals: Total number of referrals received from hospitals using Allscripts/Curaspan. Total Positive Responses: Total number of referrals with a status change that could result in an placement. Curaspan Positive Responses: Total number of “Accept”, “Pending”, and “Other” Allscripts Positive Responses: Total number of “Accept” and “Pending”. (Allscripts does not have an equivalent to “Other”) Total Placements: Total number of referrals that were booked with the local facility Avg Response Time: The average time that it takes the local facility to respond to a referral Curaspan Avg Response Time: Timer starts as soon as the hospital sends the referral. Timer ends when the referral is received and opened. Allscripts Avg Response Time: Timer starts as soon as the hospital clicks “Send” on the referral. Timer ends when the facility chooses a response status of “Yes” or “No” and sends the response or the referral is closed out by the hospital.

Curaspan metrics: - Accept Responses: Total number of referrals responded with a status of “Accept” - Avg Response Time: Timer starts as soon as the hospital sends the referral. Timer ends when a referral is received and opened. - Declines: Total number of referrals responded with a status of “Decline” - No Response: Total number of referrals that were neither opened nor read. - Other Responses: Total number of referrals with a status other than “Accept”, “Decline”, “Received”, or “Booked”. Most common Other status is “Request more information” - Pending Responses: Total number of referrals with a status of “Pending” - Received Responses: Total number of referrals that were opened and read but did not have a status change. - Total Placements: Total number of referrals that were booked with the local facility. - Total Referrals: Total number of referrals received from hospitals using Curaspan - Total Responses: Total number of referrals with a status change. Allscripts metrics: - Accept Responses: Total number of referrals with a response of “Yes” - Avg Response Time: Average time per response per referral. Timer starts as soon as the hospital clicks “Send” on the referral. Timer ends when the facility chooses a response status of “Yes” or “No”. A status of “Interested” or “Received” does not end the timer until the referral is closed by the hospital or the status is changed by the local facility. - Declines: Total number of referrals with a response of “No” - No Response: Total number of referrals with a status of “RequestsNotResponded” - Pending Responses: Total number of referrals with a response of “Interested” - Received Responses: Total number of referrals with a response of “Received”. - Total Placements: Total number of referrals that were booked with the local facility - Total Referrals: Total number of referrals received from hospitals using Allscripts - Total Responses: Total number of referrals with a status change of “Yes”, “Interested”, or “No”
