7:00 PM James H. and Colleen H. Kochman, 10 Lake View Boulevard, Parcel ID 124-000- 001-130Z. A Request for Determination of Applicability to upgrade a septic system and construct a shed, in the buffer zone of Ezekiel’s Pond.

7:05PM Town of Plymouth Department of Public Works, 30 Water Street (Brewster Gardens), Parcel ID 020-000-103-000. A Notice of Intent to remove an existing concrete stairway and construct a new relocated stairway from Main Street Extension into Brewster Gardens, in the buffer zone of a Riverfront Area and Bordering Vegetated Wetland of Town Brook.

7:15 PM Town of Plymouth-DPW, Engineering Division, Birch Avenue Right-of-Way, Parcel ID Map 027 – Adjacent to Various Parcels. A Notice of Intent to complete roadway improvements, including stormwater management, as conditioned by the DPW as part of an approved aged-restricted residential project on Newfield Street known as Newfield Estates, in the buffer zone of Isolated Vegetated Wetlands and potential vernal pool sites. A waiver is requested to work within the 35 and 50 ft. buffer zones.

7:30 PM MEGRYCO, Inc., Rick Vayo, President, 91, 115 and 116 Newfield Street, Parcel ID 027-000-073M-000, -074-001, -074-002. A Notice of Intent for the construction of residential buildings as part of Newfield Estates, including roadway improvements, in the buffer zone of Isolated Vegetated Wetlands and potential Vernal Pools. A waiver is requested to work within the 35 and 50 ft. buffer zones.

ACTION ITEMS: Discussion with contractor Brendan McGinn, B & E Excavating, requesting the Commission waive a Special Conditions for OOC, SE57-2884, which requires use of bio-degradable hydraulic fluid for the heavy equipment.

ORDERS OF CONDITIONS: SE57-2917 The Wickham 2011 Trust, Robert C. and Diedre A. Wickham, Saquish Head- Hanks Way, Parcel ID 132-000H-037B-000. A Notice of Intent to install a new septic system (holding tanks) and drinking well within the buffer zone of the Top of a Coastal Bank. A waiver is requested for work within the 35 ft. buffer zone.

SE57-2918 BCT Construction, Barry C. Tassinari, 54 Holman Road, Parcel ID 089-000- 034F-004. A Notice of Intent to construct new sewer lines within the buffer zone to Bordering Vegetated Wetlands, associated with future warehouse buildings located outside the buffer zone. A waiver is requested for work within the 35 ft. and 50 ft. buffer zones.

SE57-2919 SN Masonry, Stephen Nicholson, 34 Womponoag Road, Parcel ID 056-000- 079J-000. A Notice of Intent for the post-facto construction of concrete block retaining walls, in the buffer zone of Great Herring Pond. A waiver is requested for work within the 35 ft. and 50 ft. buffer zones.
