1. The ride will take place from Church Farm, Hillington, PE31 6DH. 2. Riding hats which are secured at three points, correct to PAS 015 or BSEN1384 standard should be worn at all times when mounted together with suitable clothing and footwear. Body protectors are recommended. All horses tack must be of safe standard, properly fitting and checked by the rider prior to the start of the ride. 3. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult of 18 years of age or over. 4. The route will be clearly marked and should be strictly followed. Stewards will be present during the day, they are there for your safety, please follow their instructions. 5. Riders must ride safely and with consideration for others. PLEASE DO NOT DROP LITTER. 6. No liability for any damage to person, horse/pony/or property, however caused will be accepted. Farrier /vet fees are the responsibility of the owner/rider. 7. Entry fees should be sent with completed entry form and signed declaration to Mrs S. Williams. Cheques should be made payable to: Multiples Sclerosis Society 8. Entry fees are non-refundable 9. No quad bikes allowed. 10. Dogs are allowed, but MUST be kept on a lead at all times. There will be a £20 fine for the owners of dogs not kept on a lead. 11. All riders understand and agree that they ride at their own risk and have their adequate own insurance, including personal accident and third party liability insurance. NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE AGAINST MR and MRS WILLIAMS, THE ORGANISERS, HELPERS OR SPECTATORS OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ANIMAL OR PROPERTY FOR WHATEVER REASON. 12. There will not be a paramedic, veterinary surgeon or Farrier present on the day. 13. Entry implies acceptance of these conditions.

Directions

From Kings Lynn Hardwick roundabout: Take A149 following signs to Hunstanton & Cromer. Carry straight on at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital roundabout. When you get to the next roundabout (Knights Hill Hotel on your LHS) take the 3rd exit following the A148 to Cromer & Fakenham. Travel along that road for about 8 miles into the village of Hillington, pass the garage on the left hand side, past the entrance to Hillington Hall (archway on left hand side), then take the next right to Grimston and Gayton and carry on along that road for about quarter mile. The entrance to Church Farm is on the sharp bend next to Hillington church. Parking for the ride will be in the yard at Church Farm and will be signposted. Parking will be strictly controlled to optimise available space.

From Fakenham: Take A148 towards Kings Lynn. About 10 miles along this road you will come to Hillington. As you start to enter the village take the first left turn to Grimston and Gayton and carry on along that road for about half a mile. The entrance to Church Farm is on the sharp bend next to Hillington church. Parking for the ride will be in the yard at Church Farm and will be signposted.
