Constellation Energy Baltimore, MD (February 2010 – August 2010) Forecasting Analyst  Worked with load forecasting models for retail commercial customers based on their historic usage.  Assessed the cost of serving at fixed price to customers with high load variability using simulation models.

Johns Hopkins Sustainability Initiative Johns Hopkins University Baltimore, MD (June 2009 – December 2009) Sustainability Intern  Collaborated with a team to calculate greenhouse gas emissions from all JHU campuses and develop a Greenhouse Gas Inventory Tracking System.  Independently developed linear optimization models to optimize on-campus transportation and maintenance services.  Identify potential energy conservation and emissions reduction projects across all JHU campuses.

Hindustan Dorr Oliver Limited Mumbai, Maharashtra, India (August 2007 - June 2008) Assistant Engineer  Assisted with the drafting of technical and commercial proposals for Hindustan Dorr Oliver proprietary water/wastewater equipment.  Lead projects on creating piping and instrumentation diagrams, calculating the mass balance of each raw material, and determining appropriate sales price. Negotiated sales orders with clients and met with potential customers to expand market-base into northeastern India.

Indian Tobacco Corporation Sarapaka, Andhra Pradesh, India, (May 2006 - July 2006) Engineering Intern  Collected and statistically analyzed machine operating parameters and paper properties data. Suggested remedies for best machine operations and recommended maintenance changes.  Identified the causes of quality defects such as cockling and ribbing lines on gypsum baseboard during manufacturing.
