The individuals or companies specified on the attached list of licensed lead abatement contractors have satisfied the requirements of 410 IAC 32, Indiana’s rule for the licensing of lead-based paint management personnel. This list includes those contractors who currently hold a valid license.
All licensed personnel have available [for your inspection] a card which indicates their licensed discipline and the expiration date of their license. Parties utilizing a contractor from the attached list should check the expiration date on the license of the contractor to insure that their license has not expired.
The Indiana Lead & Healthy Homes Program DOES NOT RECOMMEND OR GIVE PREFERENCE to any individual or contractor, nor will it be held liable for any actions, contracts, or negligence of the individuals or contractors licensed by our office or included on this list.
The Indiana Lead & Healthy Homes Program periodically updates the list of licensed lead-based paint contractors and makes the list available upon request.
