As soon as students come in, they walk around the room looking at the posted photos 2. On a post-it note they write an adjective that describes each personality 3. The class debriefs each of the photos 4. Teacher/instructor shares history of “kayumangi” 5. Discuss the multi-billion dollar tanning/bronzing industry 6. Compare/contrast the 2 ideas 7. Students use mirrors to look at themselves and identify their own beauty
