Program Learning Objectives: 1. Educate pharmacy technicians on impeding changes to the health-care system and prepare them to make appropriate changes in their own practice.

2. Give Minnesota Pharmacy Technicians an opportunity for continuing education credits through knowledge based learning.

3. Discuss advanced practice model roles for pharmacy technicians in multiple practice settings.
