Key Details: Marty found a dog that ran away from his owner, Judd Travers. Marty named him Shiloh. Upon returning Shiloh to Judd, Marty had suspicions that the dog was being mistreated based on how Shiloh acted and the comments made by Judd such as if Shiloh ran off again that he would break the dog’s legs.
