Responsible for the complete staffing employment function for Accounts, Marketing, HR and Production Department.

 Getting the profiles through vendors, Employee Referral and giving Ad’s in the News Papers for walk-ins  Initial profile screening, short listing, scheduling, scheduling interviews with department Heads, salary negotiations, educational background verification and taking care of joining formalities including Induction program

Payroll Management

 Payroll Administration in SQL (Structured Query Language) Data base  Attendance, Leave record maintenance and verification  Ensure the processing of new hires, transfers, promotions and terminations is accurate and timely  Processing of all management incentive bonuses, stock option exercises and salary deferrals.  Preparing the statement of Annual increments / Super Annuation/ Ex – Gratia / Bonus / Leave Travel Allowances and Medical Reimbursement Allowance for 1000 plus employees  Making full and final settlement for resigned employees  Preparation of leave encashment for existing employees  Insurance for who are Joined newly & Existing  Grievance handling whenever complaint arises  Generation and Maintenance of effective MIS Reports periodically  Co-ordinating & Managing end to end branch HR activities  Works closely with Human Resources and Accounting on all payroll related issues.

Statutory Compliances

 Taking care of statutory compliances like Provident Fund , Employee State Insurance and Shops and commercial Establishments  Registration, Renewal, Annual returns & Registers maintenance under Shops & Establishment Act. Liaison work with different Government Departments.  Preparations of Monthly, Yearly returns and statutory payments like ESI,PF & PT  Employee State Insurance: Looking after ESI procedure, enrolling employees in Online System, ESIC Challan preparation through online and sending advice letters to accounts department, submission of Half Yearly Returns and etc.  Provident Fund: Processing of PF related application forms such as Nomination, PF Transfer in, PF Settlement, PF Loan ,Pension Processing and PF Transfer out  Settlement of EDLI,Gratuity claim & Medi-claim applications

Human Resource Management

 Taking care of Performance appraisal for employees on Quarterly and yearly basis  Filling of all HR documents and maintaining employees personal files  Review stock of stationary HR Forms, Application and files etc  Prepare HR Reports like On boarding feedback report, updating new joiners in HR Database  Welfare policy orientation to employees like monitory & non-monitory benefits  Verification of employee on duty expenses and the like
