Chapter Standing Rules Previous budget reviewed and new budget proposal examined by Board for review. (See printed budget report)

Miscellaneous expenses for previous year included the HPV Documentary and Oncology Chapter renewal fees Nursing Month Potential 3rd (already paid for) showing of HPV documentary. Would need to be coordinated. Not a priority at this time and will be re-addressed in a couple of months.

Motion made to approve proposed budget- Motion Approved Unanimously Merger (no adjustments made)

Discussion to approve the same charities for donation as previously allocated to (with the exception of one charity) – Melody will re-review this list and will vote on this at next board meeting

Discussed adding Scholarship (Reimbursement) for nurses to pursue Oncology Certification, Oncology Certification Review Course, or Advanced Oncology education tuition (to a pre-set amount) to the budgeted award expenses-

Boehringer Ingelheim- NSCLC Biomarkers presentation with dinner provided Looking into having someone provide massage at event and raffles to continue for flowers (2) and possibly manicure, massage, and/or floating yoga gift cards- To look into prizes and update at next board meeting
