IB Exam Registration Instructions

Seniors, please fill out the form on the backside with ALL of the information requested. A parent or guardian signature is required. This is the official form used by the IB Coordinators to register you for your May IB exams. The deadline for submitting your registration form and fees to Reagan’s Main Office is Thursday, October 21 st at 3 pm.

It is highly recommended that as a Ronald Reagan student, you will take at least one IB exam in May. Taking an IB exam is about challenging yourself and putting forth the effort to do something you have spent four years preparing for! Don’t wimp out now! Be the best you can be! Strive for excellence! Don’t regret not rising to the challenge! 

The IB Coordinators will be able to discuss any further questions you may have. Please see Ms. Carpenter in Room 200B, Ms. Sato in Room 200B, or Ms. Westrich in Room 223. Getting as much filled out on this form will be very helpful – to you and us!

Below is a list of the IB Diploma Programme courses that you may take examinations in. You must be enrolled in the course in order to take the IB exam for that course. You must also list if you want to take the exam at the Higher Level (HL) or the Standard Level (SL) (not both).
