The First Fire Protection District of Antioch Township will hold their regular monthly public meeting on Thursday May 12, 2016 at 5:15 p.m. at Fire Station #1, 835 Holbek Dr., Antioch, Illinois. Agenda 1. Call to Order 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Roll Call 4. New Business – discussion and possible action regarding the following (a) Acknowledge Appointment of Carolyn Van Patten (b) Set district meetings 2nd Thursday of each month. (c) Select financial institutions for the fire district (d) Appoint fire district attorney 2016 - 2017 (e) Elect fire district officers for 2016 - 2017 (f) Appoint fire district administrator for 2016 - 2017 (g) Appoint fire district auditors for 2016 – 2017 5. Public Comments: 5 minute limit per person 6. Review and Approval of Minutes – Regular District Meeting April 14, 2016 7. Treasure’s Report (a) Review and Approval of Treasurers Report – Year End Expenses (b) Review and Approval of Accounts Payable (c) Transfer of Funds (d) Resolution to approve pledge securities and investment over FDIC Insurance 8. Committee Reports (a) Attorneys Report- Discussion and possible action concerning setting the Public hearing for the 2016 -2017 Budget and Appropriation Ordinance (b) Chief Nixon Report (c) Administrator Jozefiak (d) Presidents Report (e) Trustee Report (f) Sub Committee Report 9.
