Quorum and Adjournment. The voting power of the Consortium, present at any meeting of the Consortium Members shall constitute a quorum at such meeting. Furthermore, the Consortium Members present at any meeting, may adjourn the meeting from time to time without notice other than by announcement at the meeting.
