Note. ― “Bear Class” is the stage class of bears observed in the predation event. “Chases” is the number of chases observed in each predation event. “# Prey” is the total number of prey caught across all chases in the event. “Goose Class” is the stage class(es) of geese that were caught; A = adult, G = Gosling. “Max Daily Temp” is the maximum temperature on the day of the event, recorded at the long-term weather station in Churchill, MB. “Water” indicates whether or not any of the associated chases took place in water. Values that we were unable to ascertain from our observations are denoted with “-”.
