Having been granted use of the Queanbeyan Golf Club Limited (the Club) function room for my private function, I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

 I am a financial member of the Club and all persons attending the function are doing so upon my invitation.  I will instruct my guests to sign into the Club on the provided register (if guests are not a financial member of the Club).  I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that minors (persons under the age of 18 years) do not enter the bar area or approach the function bar for service.  I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that alcohol is not provided to any minor in attendance.  I will take all reasonable steps to ensure that minors will be in the immediate company of a responsible adult or guardian at all times.  I will not use sticky tape or other adhesives, other than blue tack, to place decorations and/or signage on any painted surface within the Club.  I agree and acknowledge that the reasonable repair/cleaning costs required to rectify any damages in and/or around the Club caused as a result of the function and/or by an attendee of the function will be debited to my credit card.  I agree and acknowledge that an amount of $100 will be debited to my credit card in the event that the function booking is cancelled nearer than 10 days to the event.  I will remove all decorations and large items of refuse at the close of the function and agree and acknowledge that an excess cleaning charge of $40p/hour will be debited to my credit card if the room is left unreasonably soiled.
