ADG/ADC Working Group FEEDBACK TO SCHOOLS (SPG not proceeding to ADC)

ADG Staff/ADC Working Group (WG) Convenor: This form is to be used to provide feedback to the school T&L Committee on the reason a ‘Submitted Draft’ of a HE Student Program Guide is not proceeding to the Academic Development Committee (ADC) for consideration for approval. The status has been changed to ‘Draft’ in the PGS and, once the amendments noted below have been made to the ‘Draft’, the SPG may be resubmitted through the PGS.

Send this document as an email attachment to the T&L Director. A copy of the Quality Criteria may also be attached with comments.

SCHOOL T&L DIRECTOR / CHAIR:The SPG submitted for College level approval, detailed below, has not progressed to the ADC for approval. The reasons are noted in this template. Once changes are made to address the issues noted below the revised ‘Draft’ should be resubmitted (and an email sent to the ADG/ADC Woking Group Convenor named below, with subject line: SPG Draft Resubmission: School Name, Program Code).
