1. Finalize the Organizational Members of the Council

After extensive discussion a comprehensive listing of representatives from Educational Service Centers (ESC) 10 and XI were identified.

A. Educational Service Centers 1. 10 2. 11

B. Independent School Districts (Consider those working closely with colleges and universities) 1. Large urban school districts from Region X and XI (2 – Dallas and Ft. Worth) 2. Mid-size school districts from Region X and XI (6 – distributed among the community college service areas) 3. Small school districts from Region X and XI (4 distributed among the community college service areas)

C. Community College Districts and Consortium 1. Collin 2. Dallas 3. North Texas Central 4. Tarrant 5. North Texas Community College Consortium
