Dear Rodeo Camp Participant,

Thanks for your interest in this years “Becoming Champions” Rodeo Bible Camp sponsored by Cowboys With A Mission in Meeteetse, Wyoming. We are working hard to make this year’s Rodeo Camp one of the most life changing and challenging experiences you will ever have. Our event instructors are some of the best rodeo cowboys and cowgirls around. The Instructors, along with our dedicated staff and other volunteers, will make every effort to see that you receive high quality rodeo instruction. You will be challenged by testimonies from cowboys who have been “down the road” and “won the big buckles”.

Our Rodeo Camp Instructors this year include: Bull Riding/Steer Riding:  Matt Austin: World Champion Bull Rider, Xtreme Bulls Champion  Tim Stuen: SDRA Champion, Guest Speaker

Saddle Bronc:  Chet Johnson: CPRA Champion Bronc Rider, 3x NFR Saddle Bronc qualifier. Bareback:  Luis Escudero: Champion Bareback Rider

Barrel Racing/Pole Bending:  Lynn McKenzie: 2 x World Champion Barrel Racer

Goat Tying:  Tiffany Moullet: Champion Goat Tyer

Roping Events:  Justin Viles: Montana Circuit Champion  Willy Gould: Champion Team Roper

Bull Fighting:  Dusty Tuckness: Bullfighting World Champion

Check-in and registration will be at Cowboys With A Mission located 3.7 miles west of Meeteetse on Highway 290. Registration will be held on Monday, June 6th from 6-9 pm in the CWAM lodge. We have accommodations for girls. Boys may bring their tents.

Please take time to read all the enclosed information and to fill out and send back the participant application, registration fees and the minor liability release forms (which must be notarized). Application Information and Instructions

1. Our Thirteenth “Becoming Champions” Rodeo Camp will be held at Cowboys With A Mission in Meeteetse, Wyoming, June 7th-9th, 2010 for ages 8-19. Registration is on Monday, June 6th, from 6-9 pm.

2. The Cost for each applicant is $275 for the camp. If your application is in before April 30th, 2011, you will recieve a $50 discount. The final payment is due before or during check-in on June 6th. Please send your application in ASAP!

3. Check in will be at the Cowboys With A Mission lodge on Monday, June 6th, 6-9pm.

4. All Participants must bring a photo copied proof of insurance to check in. (no exceptions)

5. All Participants bringing horses are asked to show proof of 4-way and Coggins.

6. If you would be interested in coming to the camp to receive only ground instruction (meaning you will not be getting on any rough-stock, etc.) Then the fee is only $150. Please write on your Application “Ground instruction only”

7. Be sure and invite your family and friends to our ‘Cowboy Church’ Tuesday and Wednesday evenings.

8. Please read all the enclosed information carefully. All forms must be filled out completely to participate in the camp.

Tuesday June 7th 7:00 AM Rise and Shine! (students) 7:30 AM Breakfast 8:00 AM Opening comments, Orientation, & team assignments 9:00 AM Roughstock at the Meeteetse Arena until noon Barrel Racers and Goat tyers @ CWAM Arena Calf Roping and Break Away and Team Roping at Foot arena 12:00 PM Lunch, 1:00 PM Roughstock has video in tent for review before returning to Meeteetse Arena Barrel Racers and Goat Tyers @ CWAM arena Ropers at Foot arena 4:00 PM School’s out (help with the livestock) 5:00 PM Showers & Games 6:00 PM Dinner 7:00 PM Cowboy Church Service 9:00 PM Small group time 9:30 PM Snacks 10:30 PM Everyone Must be in bed with lights out! We have an early start in the morning

Rules  No one is allowed to leave grounds once they have checked in with out first checking with Rodeo Camp Staff  All tobacco & Alcohol products are strictly prohibited..  Campers are required to participate in all scheduled activities  Showers and other personal Hygiene must be done before breakfast and before Dinner.

Things to Bring  Sleeping Gear (tent, sleeping bag, air mattress, pillow etc.)  Personal Hygiene items (toothbrush/paste, soap, wash cloth, towel, deodorant, shampoo, etc.)  Rodeo Gear (Saddle/bareback riggin, ropes, bull ropes, boots, bandages, spurs, lucky shirt, etc.)  Protective Gear (vest helmet, mouth guard, etc.)  Feed & buckets for your horse also panels if possible to corral your horse if not able please contact me  Bible, notebook, and pen/pencil. Most of all your best attitude!!!!

In consideration of the above-named participant in the Becoming Champions Rodeo Camp June 6-9, 2011 and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is herby acknowledged, the undersigned agree(s) as follows:

1. Acknowledgement of Risk: The undersigned acknowledges that rodeo is a dangerous activity and that participation in rodeo events, rodeo training activities and other rodeo related activities exposes the participant to a substantial and serious risk of property damage, personal injury and even death. Not with standing the risk involved the undersigned expressly consents to the participant assuming such risk.

2. Release of Sponsors and Others: The undersigned, being fully aware that participating in the “Becoming Champions” Rodeo Camp and the activities related there to, will expose participant to a substantial and even serious risk of property damage, personal injury or death hereby releases and forever discharges Cowboys With A Mission, their respective officers directors, agents employees, volunteers, and anyone acting on behalf, from any and all damages, costs, losses, claims, actions, or causes of action of every kind and nature, whether past, present or future, arising out of or in any way connected with the participants participation in or attendance at the “Becoming Champions” Rodeo Camp.

3. Covenant Not To Sue: The undersigned covenant(s) that the undersigned will not, now or at any time in the future directly or indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, lawsuit or other proceedings against Cowboys With A Mission., their respective officers, directors, agents, employees, volunteers, successors, or assigns, or anyone acting on behalf, for any damages, costs, losses or claims of whatever kind and nature that arise out of or that are in any way connected with the participant’s participation in or attendance at the “Becoming Champions” Rodeo Camp, any such damages, costs, losses, or claims being hereby expressly waived, released, discharged and satisfied.

4. Assurances: the undersigned has (have) full power, authority, capacity and right with out limitation to execute, deliver, and perform the agreements and covenants continued in this release and agree(s) to indemnify Cowboys With A Mission, Inc., and their respective officers, directors, agents, employee’s volunteers, successors and assigns against any claims to the contrary.

5. Binding Effect: The agreements and covenants in this release shall be binding upon the undersigned, his/her heirs, personal representatives, insurers, successors and assigns.
