Alesha Dixon Lipsync competition – Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before entering the competition. By entering you indicate that you accept these terms and conditions and you agree to be bound by them.

1. Promoter’s Details: First Choice is a trading name of TUI UK (the “Promoter”), a member of the TUI AG group of companies, registered in England and Wales under number 2830117 and whose registered office is at TUI Travel House, Crawley Business Quarter, Fleming Way, Crawley, West Sussex, RH10 9QL.

2. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone resident in the UK or the Channel Islands, who is thirteen (13) years of age or older. Entrants aged between thirteen (13) and eighteen (18) must obtain consent of a parent/guardian before entering this competition. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.

3. How to Enter: You can enter this competition through Facebook,Twitter or Instagram.

IF YOU ENTER THROUGH FACEBOOK: To enter you will need to share a video of you lipsynching along to Alesha Dixon’s song ‘The Way We Are’ to our First Choice Facebook page. You must share the video to the First Choice Facebook timeline. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. A minimum of 15 secs of video is required to qualify as an entry.

IF YOU ENTER THROUGH TWITTER: To enter you will need to share a video of you singing along to Alesha Dixon’s song ‘The Way We Are’. You must share the video to @FirstChoiceUK (First Choice’s Twitter channel) and include the hashtag #SummerofMusic in the comment when uploading your video. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. A minimum of 15 secs of video is required to qualify as an entry.

IF YOU ENTER THROUGH INSTAGRAM To enter you will need to upload a video of you singing along to Alesha Dixon’s song ‘The Way We Are’ to your Instagram account. When uploading the video it must be publically accessible, include the hashtag #SummerofMusic in the description caption and tag @firstchoiceholidays. Only one entry allowed per person. No purchase necessary. No entries from agents or third parties or entries automatically generated by computer will be accepted. Corrupted entries will not be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions. A minimum of 15 seconds of video is required to qualify as an entry.

4. Use of Data: All details provided by you will be held by the Promoter and used in accordance with these terms and conditions and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at http://www.firstchoice.co.uk/our-policies/privacy-policy/. By entering this competition you consent to the Promoter contacting you for advertising and marketing purposes.

5. Any videos submitted which feature people must be of you or have been taken with the permission of the subject (and if they are under 18, the permission of their parents or guardians as well) and must not infringe the copyright of any third party or any laws. You warrant that the video you submit is of you or your own work and that you own the copyright for it. Any complaints lodged against your video in relation to permissions will result in it being removed. If you use a video you do not own the copyright for we retain the right to provide your name to the owner of the photograph, should they request it. Any videos or images deemed to be inappropriate or offensive will not be published and will be removed.

Copyright in all videos submitted remains with you. You grant a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual licence to the Promoter to feature your video in any publications, websites and/or any promotional material, PR or advertising connected with this competition and/or any future marketing campaigns.

6. Dates: The competition commences on Tuesday 16th June 2015 and closes on Friday 3rd July 2015. All entries must be received by 12 noon on the 3rd July 2015.

7. Receipt of Entries: The Promoter cannot be held responsible for network, computer or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. The Promoter is not responsible for entries not received and/or any lost entries.

8. Prize(s): There is one prize to win a meet-and-greet with Alesha Dixon at a date, time and location to be confirmed and a holiday for 2 adults and 2 children, in a standard room at the Holiday Village Aliathon, Cyprus for one week on an all- inclusive basis up to the value of £3,000.00 (three thousand pounds). No alternative will be offered for the meet-and-greet. Winners under the age of eighteen (18) must be accompanied by a parent or guardian on both elements of the prize. The prize includes flights departing from London Gatwick, in-resort transfers, and a luggage allowance of 15 kg per person. Travel insurance is not included. The holiday can be booked from the 20th July 2015, must be booked and taken by 31st March 2016 and is subject to availability. It is the winner’s responsibility (or their parent/guardian) to check all visa and passport requirements are fulfilled. Booking terms and conditions apply to the holiday; see relevant brochure or www.firstchoice.co/uk for details. The prize is not transferable and no alternative will be offered.

9. Selection of winners: The winner will be chosen by Alesha Dixon from a shortlist of five entrants which will be selected by TUI from all eligible entries received.

10. Notification: The winner will be notified by a personal message on Facebook if they entered through Facebook or by a direct message on Twitter if they entered through Twitter on or after the 7th July 2015 with instructions on how to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or is unable to accept their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to choose another winner from eligible entries received. 11. Winner(s) details: Details of the winner’s name and country of residence, will be obtainable after the 13th July by writing to Nicky Jones, Digital Campaign Manager, Wigmore House, Wigmore Lane, Luton, Beds, LU2 9TN. The winner(s) may be required to participate in post-competition publicity.

12. General: The Promoter reserves the right to amend the competition in exceptional circumstances. All entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Promoter reserves the right to exclude entrants for any breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered in to. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Twitter. Facebook and Twitter accept no liability for this competition.
