The American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics has approved The Annual Reliability and Maintainability Symposium (RAMS) to be held 24-27 January 2011 in Lake Buena Vista, FL as a cosponsored event, with the following conditions:

 That a link to the AIAA homepage be placed on the conference website  That after the event is completed, a list of attendees and email addresses be provided to AIAA via my email ([email protected]) to use in membership and other outreach. This will also help us determine how many AIAA members attended the event  A feedback report will be provided to AIAA after the event to assess the value of the event to AIAA members

Schedule permitting, your conference will appear in the AIAA Bulletin Meetings Schedule published in Aerospace America. Additionally, the conference listing will be placed on our web page. A link will be made to your conference URL from the AIAA website at www.aiaa.org, under Cosponsored Conferences. Please note that it is the responsibility of the sponsoring society to ensure that AIAA has accurate and current contact and conference information. We request that AIAA members be given preferred registration rates that are in line with your organization’s member rates, if applicable. Approval as a cosponsored conference is not financially binding to AIAA since AIAA does not provide funding to the organizing entities of cosponsored conferences.

Should you wish to publish an advertisement, a Call for Papers or other materials related to the conference, you may print in the Bulletin at cost. Any questions concerning the AIAA Bulletin should be directed to the editor, Christine Williams, at 703-264-7575 or [email protected].

AIAA mailing labels of selected member categories are available to you at the member price, which is 35% off the regular price. Camera-ready copy of the AIAA logo can be downloaded at AIAA’s web site, www.aiaa.org/content.cfm?pageid=305. By the acceptance of AIAA activities in support of your conference and the use of AIAA logo and cosponsorship status, you are indicating that you accept the terms of the AIAA cosponsorship as set forth above. Please insure that persons who will be required to fulfill the obligations are aware of them.
